Architectural and Engineering Services for Public Library

The Eastern Shore Public Library Board of Trustees is accepting proposals from Virginia-licensed architectural and engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional services related to the renovation and expansion of the Fresh Pride store located on 24313 Bennett Street, Parksley, VA 23421. The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, cost estimating, regulatory permitting, detail design, preparation of drawings and bid documents, bidding assistance, bid review and recommendations, contract preparation, and construction management. The work shall be designed with the flexibility of two phases. One concept shall be a complete renovation and expansion. The second concept shall be two step: renovation first and expansion second.

Proposals will be accepted in the Office of the County Administrator, 23296 Courthouse Ave, Suite 203, PO Box 388, Accomac, VA 23301, until 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 28, 2017.
