Heritage Center
The Heritage Center is part of the Eastern Shore of Virginia Public Library System and occupies one wing of the library building in Parksley. It began as the “Eastern Shore Room” in the old Accomac Library building. Librarians collected books and manuscripts, photographs, printed images and documents on the history of the Eastern Shore, serving researchers with many different interests.
