Congratulations to 2022 Drawing Winners.

Winner of the Zero-Turn Mower, Joyce Topping!

On behalf of the Eastern Shore Public Library Foundation, we would like to express our appreciation to all who supported our Ferris Zero-Turn Mower Drawing.

The drawing was held on Friday, July 15th at the Foundation Office, and the proud winner was Joyce Topping (at right in photo) who resides in Exmore. Ms. Topping is a native of the Eastern Shore from Melfa, Virginia and a graduate of Nandua High School. She returned to the Shore several years ago and is the co-owner of two licensed homes for persons with intellectual disabilities called “My Voice – My Choice."

This fundraising activity will support the new Eastern Shore of Virginia Heritage Center, which will be located at the new Eastern Shore of Virginia Regional Library in Parksley.
